1 General Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using the uuuok platform, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and uuuok.

By using the uuuok website and app, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the platform.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To create an account on uuuok, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years old. uuuok is strictly off-limits to anyone under that age.
• Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are detected, all associated accounts will be closed.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration. Providing false details may result in your account being closed at any time.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login credentials completely confidential.
• Accounts may not be shared with or transferred to another person.

3 Deposit & Payment Policy

Please keep the following in mind when making a deposit on uuuok:

• Deposits must be made from a mobile banking account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) registered in your own name.
• Deposits sent from another person's account will not be accepted and will be returned.
• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 100 (one hundred taka).
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 2–10 minutes. If there is a delay due to technical issues, please contact support.
• If a deposit fails for any reason, the amount will be automatically refunded within 72 hours.

Uuuok does not accept third-party payments. If a deposit is found to have been made by a third party, the account in question may be temporarily suspended pending investigation.

4 Withdrawal Policy

The following conditions apply when withdrawing winnings from uuuok:

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same mobile banking number used for the original deposit.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 200 (two hundred taka).
• The daily maximum withdrawal limit depends on your account's VIP level.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from bonuses can be withdrawn.
• Uuuok reserves the right to verify your identity before processing any withdrawal.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Uuuok offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Please read the following terms carefully before claiming any offer:

• Each bonus offer carries its own wagering requirement, typically ranging from 10x to 30x the bonus amount.
• The welcome bonus is available to new members one time only.
• To qualify for the referral bonus, the referred friend must make a minimum deposit.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly and are only withdrawable after the wagering requirements have been met.
• A second bonus cannot be activated while another bonus offer is still active.
• Uuuok reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

Any attempt to abuse bonuses or collect bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being suspended and all accumulated bonuses being forfeited.

6 Gaming Rules

The following rules must be followed at all times while gaming on uuuok:

• Each game has its own rules, which should be read before you start playing.
• Uuuok is not liable for disconnections during gameplay. However, if a game fails due to a system error, your stake will be refunded.
• All game outcomes are determined by a certified RNG (Random Number Generator), ensuring there is no possibility of manipulation.
• In the event of any dispute over a game outcome, uuuok's system logs will serve as the final and definitive record.
• For progressive jackpot wins, payment may be delayed until the winner verification process is complete.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the uuuok platform:

• Using bots, automated software, or scripts to play games.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the game system.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or promotional offers.
• Colluding with other users or engaging in fraudulent conduct to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any form of illegal financial transactions.
• Using the uuuok name, logo, or any of its assets without prior authorization.
• Collecting or misusing the personal information of other users.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Uuuok may temporarily or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Violating these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false information during the identity verification process.
• When suspicious financial activity is detected.
• When an investigation by the authorities is required.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

After account closure, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) is generally refunded within 7–14 business days, though this may be delayed if an investigation is ongoing.

9 Responsible Gaming
